It was a fantastic hotel in London. Comfortable beds for a good sleep.

We appreciated how close it was to victoria and albert museum. Nice location - around 5 min walk to the subway.

Espresso maker in the room. Nice amenities. Good "rain" shower. Great location in a nice neighborhood, but close to Hyde Park, 5 min. walk to Harrod's. Very close to 3 tube stops. Nice gym with new equipment.

No ice machines. No iron/ironing board in room. Internet connection is included, but very spotty - goes in and out.

For a 5 star hotel it fell way short of our expectations. safe broke in room twice, staff were rude in the dining room

The attentive staff made us feel so welcome and the absolute luxury of our surroundings were the first things i noticed. Anything we requested was no problem. Complete quiet at night was very much a bonus. Loved the jasmine tea with the turn-down service! Lovely touch. Will definitely stay again.

Prices for food and drinks were very expensive.

A truly excellent experience, we will definately be going again soon!

Didnt like the foyer and incense smell.Thought it gave an immediate first impression to did not mirror the rest of the hotel.Foyer staff and concierge were very helpful though

Two employees were extremely friendly and helpful: both Vincent and Marc. Both should be commended. rooms were very nice and comfortable

I believe all rooms should include the base breakfast and have option to upgrade in the menu. If you are going to give / advertise a price leader than make it for real and not watered down....or advertise why it is less money. We were told at first it was included and then after eating told there was a charge... cleaning forgot to replace wash clothes and hand lotion. tell guests how lights work up front (leaving the card in) leave notation how your showers / baths work Terrible that one cannot not get any refund back if you need to cancel

1. Room size is smaller than what I saw online (Superior Double Room) 2. Room facilities are less than described online 3. Reference letter shows that room charges when booking; but charged again when checking out 4. Reference letter confirmed that breakfast costs were included; but information was missing in their system when checking in

Rooms on the small side, no drawers for clothing or space allocated to suitcases.

All staff in the hotel are very welcoming, friendly and could not do enough for us. They made us feel very welcome. The hotel is located in a lovely area with a variety of restaurants and coffee shops within 2 minutes walk from the front door. The room was very clean and comfortable. After reading a number of reviews on the hotel I was concerned about the room size - but I was delighted when I walked through the door. I genuinely cannot fault it in anyway. Having stayed in a lot of hotels in London during business trips this was certainly a breath of fresh air and was exactly the type of hotel we were looking for. Tube station is less than 5 minutes walk away so is an ideal location for getting around London.
